Our hospitality extends far beyond our brewery and tap room. We support organizations working in three areas we have made a deliberate commitment to. These pillars were developed by asking ourselves what a brewery that is intentional about its role in the community looks like in practice.

COMMUNITY HEALTH AND WELLBEING
A healthy and thriving community is at the center of our mission. We support initiatives that empower and strengthen the physical, mental, and social well-being of the people who make DeWitt special. We focus on working with local health programs, food accessibility efforts, and organizations that foster space for connection and belonging.
LOCAL ENVIRONMENT AND ECOLOGY
We see ourselves as stewards of Iowa lands and waters. Water is the lifeline of everything we create – especially the beer. We take our responsibility to support the local ecosystems that sustain us seriously. We seek to support the protection of local waterways, native plant communities, and the wildlife that depends on them. We fund and partner with organizations doing the essential work of tending the land.
Our ability to provide excellent hospitality, quality food, and exciting spaces doesn’t happen without highly skilled, fairly treated individuals. We invest in the workforces that feed our industry by supporting trades training, culinary education, hospitality programs, and landscaping professionals. We hope that the next generation of contractors, cooks, gardeners, and front-of-house employees see this work as a meaningful career path.
